Does it hurt during procedure?
The treatment is painless, only some patients may feel a slight discomfort when treating deep pigmentation and tattoo, which requires high energy delivery. In this case, topical anesthetics could be applied to reduce the discomfort.
How many treatment sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on the treatment you require and your skin condition. It will be determined after discussion with the PICO-certified physician.
What precautions should I take?
It is recommended to apply sunblock to prevent sun exposure and moisturizer to hydrate your skin well.
How long does the treatment last?
As for general pigmentation lesions, it may recur depending on sun exposure, daily lifestyle and how you maintain your skin. However, for scars and changed of skin texture,it may be semi-permanently.
